85 Nikki troubleshoot

Whats going on everyone? I messed up and posted in the regular technical forum on accident. My bad. Ill start off by saying that I have done extensive research and havent gotten far with my current situation. Ok, here is where I sit. I have rebuilt and stripped the carb. I had to make a custom weight for the accelerator circuit due to losing one. I followed a tutorial on here for weight size. The carb is completely clean and clear. Every passage has been blasted with air and B12. I removed the cone filters above the floats due to being very bent and messed up. I am using a gravity feed 2 gallon tank, with no fuel pump, for troubleshooting purposes. (old fuel pump was shot). Everything is hooked up and no vaccum leaks. Floats adjusted perfect. Compression is great. As for the problem, it will gush fuel from the firewall side primary nozzle and almost none will come out of the other primary, all at idle. When you step on it, it will shoot fuel out of both evenly. I suspected the idle circuit was plugged but have ruled that out. The exhaust is getting very hot too due to the lean condition. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A little update. The car has no tank. I may try to plug off the charcoal cansister and see if that helps.

Lol that was the idea. I could turn it into a gameshow and make everyone guess but then id be an ***. Somehow I had the primary and secondary bowl jets swapped on the side that was producing fuel when idling. I guess it was dumping it in there. Having nothing to base it off of, i figured it was normal and didnt even check that side originaly.
