60 psi compression seafoam question

I have read all about the sea foam and its my choice for sure. This isn't question about how to use it, but when to. firstly off do u have to use it on a low tank of gas and will It smoke if I use in the gas? The third and final question should I do this before or after doing my intake manifold gaskets, injector orings and exhaust gasket?

I'm only posting again to add info
The car in question is a 88 rx7 na 5 speed racing beat downpipr so no working aux ports (maybe?) air pump seized and disconnected

I sea foam my fc every oil change. I'm at Pretty sure on the can it tells you how much to use in your fuel and oil. I think it's 1 oz per quart of oil and I use the rest of the can in a full new tank of gas. It's also smart to replace your fuel filter after doing this since sea foam will clean your tank, lines and possibly clog you filter with debris. I would sea foam after doing your manifold gaskets and o rings. It can only help.

If you are expecting a miracle cure for low compression then I may also suggest Religion.
This stuff will just clean some crud out and NOT boost up your compression back to a "runs like new" condition if your compression is already beyond help.
Most guys take a vacuum line and let the engine suck it in until it almost stalls.You can let the stuff sit in there a bit but you may have a hard time starting it so be prepared.

There is really no Quick fix for a low compression engine other than rebuilding it,so the "snake oil" is just that,a cleaner that can reduce build up.

It is not recommended to run SeaForm in oil all the time. The recommendation is to run it like 100 miles before the oil change. The reason is because it dilutes the oil.

Rotarys do that enough on their own

Ya,just to add that Rotaries rely on 2 things.
Lubrication and Cooling..that is why they have cooling passages all around it and a big *** oil cooler system!
You start messing with that and you may as well Kiss your engine..as it will have sex..(be F****d )
