I changed the water pump, o2 sensor, radiator hoses, and when I started the car, the a/c belt was screeching so I replaced it. It was pretty cracked out. I also replaced the line above the fuel filter line to the engine since when I squeezed it I found a leak.

When I go to turn on my car, it wouldnt turn on any more! So I tried unplugging the EGI fuse unflooding procedure, I get it started a little but it dies in two seconds. Some smoke comes out either from the left or the right, I dont think never at the same time. When i removed the spark plugs, they were black and wet, so i cleaned them off and I rubbed some engine oil on the ends of the spark plugs before putting them in. What am I doing wrong?

What should I check?

I agree with styx, sounds like its still flooded, especially since you started it, than shut it off, it was still in "cold start mode"

Keep trying, pull the fuse again, mat the pedal and roll it over for about 30 seconds in 5 second intervals, put the fuse back in, start it back up and watch it smoke like bob marley

Don't put any oil on the spark plugs. Clean them and try to deflood it again.

So I cleaned the spark plugs, pulled the egi fuse out and with the spark plugs removed, I stepped on the gas pedal and turn the ignition for about 20 seconds. Then I was back then plugged back in the eg iFuse and went back to start the car on, and it started up a little bit, but died after like a second.

I got out the car and saw that there was a lot white smoke from the exhaust, and I went to the engine bay and saw a little bit of smoke from the positive terminal of the battery. Does this mean that my engine is still flooded? I have been doing this procedure nearly a dozen times and with no progress.

Smoke from the battery is never a good thing. If the terminal was very hot then the body ground to the battery is likely suspect. White smoke can be caused by a heavily flooded engine. Pulling the EGI Comp fuse and spraying 1 to 2 seconds only of starter fluid into the intake should deflood the engine when starting the car. Try this twice followed by plugging the EGI fuse back in and try to start the car normally. If the car continues to start and then immediately dies then the fuel switch internal to the AFM might be suspect. You could bypass this switch by jumpering the two wires in the fuel check connector.

Check if you have the plug order correct. Trailing=Top and Leading is Lower
It sounds like it's mixed up but then again, you need to crank it without the egi fuse for much more that 3-4 seconds. You should be deflooding it entirely untill no vapor comes out from the exhaust and then try to start it with fuel. If it catches and then misses like your video shows, rinse and repeat!

Turns out that you guys were right, I just needed to try unflooding it some more! Thank you everyone for the support! The car also does not overheat anymore with the new waterpump and radiator hoses.

Now on to a V8 Swap for the summer?

Actually I tried starting it again this morning and its still flooded! If it floods this often, does this mean that I'm in need of a rebuild due to the seals leaking?

If it didn't do it before the tune-up, unlikely, you could have leaking injectors, bad FPR. Do you quite often start it than shut it off? If so thats a big nono with a rotary

Compression check it to find out for sure, easy to do, cheap insurence/cheap "awwww fudge" moment
