13b tune after rebuild

Hi guys, new to this forum

Quick question,
I have bought my fd rx7, done some mods to it. Fuel, Turbo and exhaust,
I'm making 418hp atw now on 14psi

The question I have is can I give the engine a quick freshen up, new apex seals ect and get away with not tuning it, or will it have more compression with new seals?

It starts perfect hot or cold, and said to be rebuilt by previous owner 8,000kms ago, but has no receipts. It has been apart at some stage being a Bridgeport.

Any advice would be great, I just think for price of mind to rebuild it,
All 85psi on all 3 faces, of both rotors, but later found I needed to have the throttle body open under testing...

Cheers

Forgot to mention that the last tune was half a tank of gas ago. Got done last week.

You should have the throttle open when performing a compression test.

If everything else is equal, your tune should be fine. But make sure by approaching boost carefully and datalogging AFRs.
