All rotaries have 4 spark plugs
2 Trailing (TOP)
2 Leading (LOWER)
The Leading are waste spark type, both plugs fire at the same time, so there is only one coil.
The Trailing fire independently so there is two coils
for a total of 3 coils for a stock 13B
