Red FD spotted in MD

Spotted a nice looking red FD along Old Frederick rd in Ellicott City around 3:30. Had a 99' front and and wheels and at least an exhaust, anyone on here?

I saw a black FD yesterday coming off the 100 and pulling into Arundel Mills Mall. Any idea who that could be? If you see a CYM with 99 bits, it's probably me.
