Its very easy, Ive been doing them for years. Heres a quick tip to save you some time, the brake lights are 80mm and the turn signals are 75mm.

what about using an oven? 200 deg for 10 mins pops open the headlights. Would it be ok to do the tails in this fashion?

Ok got the circles down, just had to stab the knife and the point into the table and that worked. But it looks like I've bought bum paint. It keeps shrinking and cracking no matter how light the coat and I used prep spray.

Yeah I got my first paint from Kragen.. O'Reilly whatever. It was bad paint. It dried within a minute too.
I just got some paint from Lowes, I think i got the Vaspar. I had to sand out the problem areas that came from the old paint, but after all said and done the new paint laid down like a champ. From now on I'm going to Lowes for my paint. I just hate tracking someone down to unlock the paint cage. Stupid ******* law. Not sure if it is federal or just California. Is the paint locked up in Virginia?

Is anyone in the NOVA area willing to do a conversion for a fee? I could probably tackle the project myself but when it comes to aesthetic mods I have a bad track record. I'd rather pay someone experienced who will get it right the first time.
