will s5 motor need to run on s5 ecu?

I just purchased an s5 with street ported block that im swapping into my s4. Just curious if timing is a bit different. Still has the 460cc injectors in it. So this is my current setup;

S4 na block
S5 tii fuel rails
S4 10th ae 550cc secondaries
S4 460cc primary
S5 tii lim
S4 uim
S4 Ported tb

What my question is, is would I be able to just swap in the block with no issues and run it on my stock ecu or should I run the s5 ecu?
