CO Rotary meet anyone?

I am curious to see how many people would be wanting to meet in the Denver, Longmont or Boulder are. I always see the STI crowd in Longmont but no Mazda

I know of 6 rx7's in the greeley/loveland/fort collins area who would be down to meet up. Mine unfortunately needs a lower spring rate to safely drive on the highway lol and also needs to skirt emissions prior to going anywhere. I'm planning to have it back legally and safely on the road by springtime.

We should definitely do something I don't mind driving in fact I love it
I don't expect any one to be impressed with my RX7 since I just bought a flat black (spray can) GS that will be getting a 13B TII once I'm done building it.

I'm in Fort Collins, and always down to meet up with other rotorheads individually and in groups as time allows. A bit of a drive is no deterrent at all.

I think I've seen you drive through Diagonal Highway a couple times, I'm jealous.

BTW I used to work with the mayor of Dacono, Charles at a shop.

It might be a different TII then such a nice car.

Diagonal is close, it goes from Boulder to Longmont.
There's was a guy selling a shell in Dacono I might be picking up once he comes back from vacation. I had an FB that my TII swap was going in to but the FB had to go

There's a car show at the Hooters in Lakewood tomorrow (4/13) from 10:00am-3:00pm where it looks like there will be a pretty big turnout by the rotary community. Mike B. put the invitation up on FBook the other day, and so far there are 39 people committed to going. Just search for "Hooters Car Show" hosted by Michael Bergren and you should find it.

I have heard about this unfortunetly my job sucks! and i have to work there during this time, and my clutch master needs replacing. If i had it fixed and didnt work I would be there! but if one of you guys go take some pictures!!

Also every sunday there is the nationwide meets. I have seen a few FDs there a red one, white one, and a sick black one. But my little car club of friends go to them just about every sunday. We always meet at 104th and Irma at the kmart at around 8:45 pm (basically 104th and Washington). We then cruise down to the spot which they announce via facebook. If I go this sunday I will be in a 2009 white cobalt SS turbo,

Keep this thread alive. My wife and I used to come down to Denver with both of our Turbo II cars on a pretty regular basis for meets. Haven't been down in a couple of years but would love to start coming again. Just need to know when and where.

We have a good group down here in colorado springs. if you guys want to do a state wide meet or something this summer that would be cool. It would be easy to gather the people down here.

I just found out, through the swap I was selling that a person in Longmont just scored a fd shell in trade for a YZ250 god dam what a good score.
On a on topic message I just got a clean FC that I am going to be installing the TII swap.

Longmont meet would be nice, let me know and we can arrange a Mazda Meet

Are you on the colorado mazda forum? There have been a few Mazda meets in Denver recently and a few rx-7s showed up.

I think I am, but my rx7 has a blown rotor and gave me the perfect excuse for a tii swap it's currently sitting outside my shop.
