Megasquirt S4 Twin Scroll Actuation

S4 Twin Scroll Actuation
It's not working, and I don't know why (every programmer's dillema)
MS2 v3 w/ zeal daughtercard
I have it wired as such:
Js-1 (pin 37) to zeal daughtercard (in2)
OUT2 on zeal card to pin 4 (spr2)
Output port settings as follows:
Iac1 PT6 Enabled
Rpm<2700 hysteresis=0
And I've tried every setting for activation.
The solenoid is wired on one pin to switched power and the other pin to pin 4 of the ecu.
At this point I'm beginning to wonder if I should have picked js0 instead of js1 (IAC1A instead of IAC1B)
Do I have something wrong here?

So i tried to move the wire from JS1(IAC1B) to JS0 (IAC1A) and it still won't actuate. I tested the actuator by moving the 2 pin connector over so that only the switched power pin is on one of the terminals and I grounded the remaining pin. Works just fine. I'm using a stock FC vacuum solenoid and pigtail connector (salvaged from the old harness and rats nest)
I fiddled with some of the settings again and I'm still getting nothing.

I'm trying to follow your troubleshooting procedure. Please explain what you mean when you say it doesn't work. The MS2 won't switch the ground at all under any circumstances? Or it will switch the ground but the twin scroll valve won't close?
If you supply power and ground to the solenoid while the engine is running, can you observe the twin scroll valve move? Verify that's working first. Or is that what you were trying to say in your 2nd post?
If it is working pneumatically, it's not following the conditions to switch the signal or you've got a hardware problem with the ECU.

It just doesn't switch ground to it.

And do I have it set up right at least?

I just found something of interest on the megamanual website. MegaSquirt-II Spare Port Configuration
So I need to install that jumper I guess. I'm not installing it until I either verify it in the drawings, or someone else can confirm that this is the case.
The IAC pins come out at:
(1A)JS0 to IAC1A - DB37 pin 25,
(1B)JS0 to IAC1B - DB37 pin 27,
(2A)JS0 to IAC2A - DB37 pin 29,
(2B)JS0 to IAC2B - DB37 pin 31,
Be sure to install a jumper from the hole marked S12C to the hole marked JS9 (+12C).
