ZIP the MSQ up and post it.

Also post a datalog the same way.

As mentioned, did you adjust the VR pots? Are you seeing steady RPM and sync during cranking? Verified timing is somewhat correct with a timing light?

Set both your Req'd fuel to 6.1. Req'd fuel at 3.something is WAY low.

Might want to adjust your overrun cut settings. Below 8% TPS seems high. Typically it's below 1% or 2%. Maybe disable it for now.

I don't see anything in that map which would prevent the car from starting.

Based on what you are saying I'd say the car is LEAN. Increase cranking pulse and increase the left side of the VE table until 2000 RPM by 10%. Only after you've fixed the Req'd fuel.

I'd need a regular datalog, not a composite log, toe diagnose further but I'm 99% sure you just don't have enough fuel.

That's because injectors are set to "simultaneous" and not "alternating". Sorry, didn't notice that when I originally looked at your map. The Req'd fuel will be automatically adjusted in that case.

Swap it to alternating. Though both will provide basically the same amount of fuel.

That said, since it's lean, bump up the cranking 10% and the VE table 10% and see if it starts.

What's your fuel pressure set at?

That PW seems to be about right to start the car.

But it doesn't even look like it's trying!

Are you sure you have spark?

And at the correct time? Put a timing light on it and crank with fuel disabled to make sure the leading mark is somewhere around the mark on the pully.

yes i have spark, i pulled the plugs grounded them and cranked and had spark. the (i think) trailing coil spark looked weak compared to the (i think) leading coil spark. the car has run before on an rtek ecu, and i havnt re-stabbed the CAS since then.

also my timing light is broken, so i havent been able to check it with a light yet

The leading coils can look weak compared the the trailing coils because they are waste spark, so fire twice as often with half the dwell.

You're going to need a working timing light to verify spark is firing at the correct time. I took another look at the MSQ and everything seems fine ignition wise. However that can't account for the board being jumpered incorrectly, for example. Thus inverting a VR signal and firing spark nowhere close to when it is needed.
