My god, its like an entire forum full of ALL the mis-information about 7's.

"Those things rev/make power to 14,000 rpm....kinda cool to listen to....just lots-0- flaws with those motors....too easy to break when pushed to the limit..."

Yeah, 14k- maybe a peripheral ported 12A/13B, but not in a daily driven or even "streetable" RX-7.

And BS. SRT-8's are quick, but not that quick. Stock LS2 GTO's will pull on them, which run 13's, and 400+whp in an FD is deep 12's (11's with traction), and even worse- highway runs would be in favor of the 7 as opposed to that brick on wheels "Charger".

Wow. When will people stop lying on the internet.

EDIT- Not ONE person disagreed with him or called BS! That forum blows ***!

Lets see, he's blaming it on elevation- yet he still claimed he beat a 400+rwhp FD. Hmmm, if it makes that power at those levels, then how is elevation of concern? Unless of course it DOESN'T make that power at that sea level... am I the only one that smells something fishy?

^^ Haha, I was thinking the same thing. Damn shame, people don't understand the car at all. At least there was a person or two who semi-called BS on the OP. 15 car lengths. Sheesh.

Well no **** the charger won, the guy in the rx7 pushing 22psi through his stock twins didn't make it 10 feet and his turbos blew up.

I would venture to guess that a BONE STOCK 3rd gen would give that charger a run for it's money. V8 guys crack me up to no end. It's like they have the fastest car in the world and won't ever admit that anything can beat them. Atleast we all know are limits and that as badass as the 7 is....it defenitely has it's successors.

"Wow, now im pissed. I just recently went up against an rx7, there was work obviously done to his vehicle. I did have 2 other people in the car with me, was not in autostick and esp was not off. Smoked him off the line, but had to be somewhere around 6,000 rpm his car went from ok sounding exhaust to a loud *** roar and he was passing me, it quickly ended after that as an officer of the law had somebody lit up in an parking lot. I was severly dissapointed and honestly chalked it up as a loss. But now all this, I want to see that guy on the streets again now and make it a point. Iunno, maybe he was squeezing some laughing gas. Make matters even worse I'm modded. I gotta get this car to a dyno."

wow that guys a effing retard, this srt is modded and it still lost to a rx7.
