CO Kevin from Aurora, CO

Hi all,

Introducing myself, just purchased a beautiful blue 1993 FD RX-7. Lot's of mods and it's very fun so far! Been working on it a ton - it's definitely a project car. Looking to RX-7 Club for some suggestions and eventually tech advice. I'm pretty good at working on rotaries but there is always room to learn.

Thx,
Kevin

Hi in CO Springs

Good to know others in CO as well. Are you any good at working on these things or can recommend a shop? I'm having a serious problem starting mine after it ran fine for weeks:

It didn't come with a commander unfortunately so that is kind of hanging me up...

Thx,
Kevin

Im no expert on them thats forsure. mine runs great just has a pilot bearing issue in the clutch I have to fix now. my best anser for you is do a compression test and test the front and rear rotor and make sure your good there. then try and look at fuel system. hopefully you get her worked out lemme know if you get anything narrowed down
