Lambo door kit?

Has anyone installed the Lambo door conversion kit to make their doors open by tilting up? Problems installing? Do they work OK with stock weatherstripping and wiring harness? Brand kit you used?

This was an Extreme Dimensions kit which was the best one back in 2002. It was not mandatory to swing the doors up every time you stepped out of the car, but the normal swing out gets limited to 3/4OE at best. I would not trust pulling down on anything from the seat to lower the door, so I would lower the door to the swing position before sitting back down in the cabin. For me both door positions, up or swung out, were plenty for ingress.
I didn't mind selling them when I wanted to get rid of half the boy ricer look :-)
