Well as far as i know you're wrong madrx7racer, the one's listed on re-amemiya's web page is for their fc2000 bumber or full cowl as they call it on the parts list "FC3S CANARD-PRO FRP FULL COWL PRO"
www.odula.com makes canards for the fc, actually the one's you've got pictured...
But still, you're correct he should've searched!
