Becomming a Vendor?

I believe that soon I will be starting to manufacture parts, and I would like to know What is required to become a vendor on here.

I'm sure that most of it is to do with advertising space, so I'd assume that there is a recurring monthly fee.

What else might there be? any other requirements?
