Smog pump/ emissions...

Ok, I've been trying to find info on how to wire up the smog control systems, and am not having much luck, from what I can tell, I need to use a PWM to run a relay that will open and close the relief and either the port or split air valve at 3000 RPM's. Which do I want to use? or does someone have some better trick?

Emissions here in Houston is about to become a PITA next month and my car is way overdue for inspection from being in the shop so long, so I really need to be able to pass emissions.

You will want to set the PWM to Dual Intake Valve. That has the on and off RPM setting in it to control it. If you want it on at idle and up to 3000RPM then set it to be on at 600RPM and off at 3000RPM.

Have wonderful day, today is my birthday.

Old thread!

I'd like to set up my Haltech to feed air to the cat. I know I want to control the split air solenoid valve. Is the valve open at 0V or closed?

And do I need to control the relief valve at all?
