Fuel Ratio

I've got a
'87 TurboII, stock
770 injectors
blocked off emissions
3" exhaust
Haltech E6K
Large bosch fuel pump
three bar sensor
I stored my car for about 7 months this winter, but rolled the engine over every week(did not start, as it was out of the car.) I put fuel stabelizer in the 5 gal of gas in the tank.
Before I started the car I put 4 gal. of new fuel in it. It started but I get very black smoke and the engine seems to miss at all rpms.
It ran a kind of rich last year(dark exhaust), but this is real black smoke. What should the fuel ratio read on the haltech(the one that reads in the hundreds, 700, 800, 900, etc) I wonder if the gas is making it do this. I've used the same fuel stabelizer in my other cars/motorcycles and they are fine.
One strange thing is I'm not getting any numbers on my boost, it always reads "0" now and my guage in the car doesn't move, would this cause the black smoke if the sensor isn't getting input.(the turbo is working)

for an rx7 i think it should be around 950+mV.

check all connections and vaccum lines for your motor, something could have popped off.
