well, progress is being made, as far as expected delivery times... its one by one until its all done

words can no longer express how embarrased and how bad I feel for how this has gone.

I will have another one done soon.

I was actually going to chime in tomorrow but...

No hiccups, Ive fixed all my mistakes.

I just had to save a little to cover parts needed for the retrofit and for the added ps cooler and turbo side to ic stuff that was no originally added in the GB.

New FC kits will go for 2600 to 2700 but you get everything.

GB kits came with:
IC and piping to Greddy elbow-greddy elbow was extra
radiator S4/S5 config
e-fan and e-fan controller
rubber clamps to hold all wiring with wire loom
splices and zip tie and electircal tape
all silicon and clamps
a/c brackets to allow a/c to be used
ss oil cooler lines to relocate the oil cooler
brackets to relocate many things and the factory spark plug brackets
ss lines are pressure tested to 500psi and tagged
brackets are powder coated

What I had to remake due to the retrofit:
I had to remake all of the brackets except like 1 or 2. The kit has like 14 brackets.
Had to buy material and metal.
Had to buy additional an fittings and ss line to move the oil cooler to the front.
Had to provide a fan shroud which required additional mods to the radiator set-up.

Added to the kit after the GB (GB guys are grandfathered in)
Turbo to IC side pipe = clamps, silicone elbow at turbo, IC pipe, silicone joiner to IC
Fan Shroud
P/S cooler kit = all hoses, brackets, clamps, same kit on the FD basically.
probably something small I cant remember...

Then there is the 6 or 7 FD kits in line and I did I design update mid-way and grandfathered those guy in too.

So I'm bouoncing in between the FD and FC vm kits.

I am healthier but I have to watch the time I work so that I do not get a stroke. Im on BP medication, cut back on smoking, and sleeping more.

So my scheduale is work from 11pm to 8am career job then get home drink a nos energy drink and work from 10 to 2 on what ever I can then eat dinner and sleep from 5 or 6 to 10pm then do it all over again. On my days off I work from aroun 9am to 7/8pm.

I re-orginized the garage so that I have room to work inside when it rains so thats great.

I have taken a few days off here and there but only to try and save my marriage, I almost lost her due to neglect but were working it out.

I really hate that I have caused so many people so much distress when all I really wanted to do was something good. Im very disappointed in myself as well at how long it took and even for me enough is enough. If I can not catch up with all 22 kits I have orders for I will have to sell the FD and FC to pay everyone back and close up shop becauae I ran it into the ground.

But....

I would prefer that I find the strength to get it all done ASAP. Moving forward I would only take on 2 kits at a time maybe 3 max and not take anymore orders until those are done. No more VM GB's thats for sure-too much involved in these kits now.

When all is said and done I'm at around 12k out of pocket.

But its my fault so I don't mind, I mean it hella sucks, but its my responsibility.

The biggest thing that has kept me going is you guys.

I never experienced moral support or understanding from a group of people before (other then my mom...mamas boy yes I know) , granted I know I'm taking to long and I don't want anyone to feel I'm taking advatage of their kindness but its been really tough for me.

But next year Im sure its all or bust for everyone.

Please allow me this time to get it done, this is all I ask.

Please forgive me for all the hardship I have cause you guys.

Ben
