What should the idle rpms be for a 93?
what is top end speed for 93? stock.
what is the boost psi on 93 stock and is this limited by wastegate or is the turbo maxed out at this?

Boost is regulated by the blow off valve. And you don't want to boost more than the fuel system can support.

You should ask these questions in the forum that is specifically for the 93-95 RX-7s since this forum is for general tech support. You'll get an answer faster there, as not many people frequent this forum, and those who do don't all drive 3rd gen RX-7s.
