fuel pump wiring information?

ok well rebuild is in and cars been sitting for a while and when i turn on the ignition to run the fuel pump does not kick on. if i jumper the fp and gnd in the diagnostic and then turn on the key it runs fine.. soo am i missing a plug somewhere? or did a wire get chewed.. i checked the main and fp relays under the hood and there fine, react with 12v and open and close circuit fine. fuel pump fuse under dash is fine too. starter cranks over, no codes other then airbag light blinking 3 times. im lost at the moment. if i have to ill run a line to a manual switch for the pump but i need to know where to run it from. i cant seem to make out where all the connections are.
did full emmisions removal and non sequential.

any info would be awsome at this point. im at a complete stand still and am very desperate to get my car goin again.
please and thank you!

first off what year is it? second where did you run your jumpers from? it sounds to me like you have corroded connections or a broken wire somewhere if you have an ohm meter(DMM) you can test resistance of the circuit you should only have like .5 across the wire going to the fuel pump if you have more than that you have corrosion or a broken wire i just ran a manual switch to mine not for the same reason but try that also if you have a test light you can check multiple places in the circuit also does the fuel pump just not turn on when you have the key turned on or does it not turn on when your cranking?
