Engine Stand Adapter that will allow access to front rotor spark plugs?

I'm trying to both compression test and run an engine on the engine stand.

Before I start fabri-cobbling together something, does anyone make a ready-made adapter to that will allow me to put a compression tester or a set of plugs into an engine on the stand?

I have a factory engine stand adapter. I'll need to check if the plugs can be removed.
