Our studs start out at 10MM to thread into the rotor housing, Then are machined down to 8MM for the knock sensors to slide on too. What knock sensor is this designed for? And will this fit into a 13BT?

Bosch knock sensors with 8mm opening, yes they will work on all 13b and 20b

That look like a RX8 style knock sensor, I know for FC and FD uses a single wire block style sensor. I wonder if that style sensor works with FC and FD.
