Qualified 3rd out of 50 drivers at Vegas drift rd1, finished 4th because my fuel pump fuse popped. Excited for rd2, and thats when car vs wall happened. RIP goldie 1 Name: 3028_4532282740108_1194890027_n_zpse8b7d9d0.jpg

I began stripping it to bareshell and recycled my first car, the scrapyard gave me $90 for it.
My friend kristian so happened to have a stock fc shell, he gave it to me as a gift[blackwidows were included].
And so began the build of Goldie 2

I decided to refresh the engine since it had been 3 years of abuse.
Bridgeport anyone? Oversized titanium studs! We do offer in house machining and tapping ! Happy to partner up with Rotary Aviation, Dominic and Laura sent us RA super seals, race springs and Oring kit for our race engine! Godspeed project provided a new turbo to replace the 3 year old abused one, and things are starting to get exciting!

With sponsors now involved, and a fd proam race coming up the car needed to be ready!
Got to the dyno with Steve Singh of Rotary Lab USA at HPS, did a quick 400whp pull on dyna pack on 10psi of boost on e85, and then the microtech x6 ignition box goes bad!! The tune wasnt finished yet!
TO make face to the drift event, he set the revlimiter at 6k and added fuel, with the x6 box gone bad the car wasnt making more than 200whp.
Either way we had to show up, i decided to drift anyways!

Went through tech inspection and onto qualifying.Yeah it was not easy spinning 245 rsr federals with the x6 problem

At least we made face, and the following monday gave Microtech a call, and
sent the microtech lt12s and x6 box back to Australia and in 3 weeks everything was fixed and came back! the tech at Microtech was very helpfull and great service!
Upgraded my fuel injectors to 1000cc primaries and 2000cc secondaries, aeromotive FPR, dual walbros, and now the car sits. Its ready for tunning! I do fire it up once every few days, and man it sounds beast!! The only thing holding me back from getting tuned is funds. Ive been working hard to pay bills!!! Life is not easy in todays economy.. Will keep you guys updated on the tune!! The tuner is expecting over 500whp on low boost!! With the studded engine we are gold for more boost but I do fear for the stock t2 tranny.. I will go gforce t5 dogbox later down the road when the money situation is better.

I hated this car before. Starting to hate it less now.

Plus you drive the **** out of it constantly which is a lot more than I or a lot of other people can say.

It's always sad to let go of your first car. But at least it had a long life of drifting. Also loving the new car and I love the work you guys do...not being a creep but I follow you guys on Instagram. You guys build badass engines.

update, car is tuned, making mad hp... we tuned in the hi dessert so whp is unknown, but forsure its way more power than my old 400hp streetport. Im only running 10psi, and the pull is insane, the torque is all there and Im never going back to streetports!!!! i was manjing high speeds on the lakebed and the pull in my chest felt real good. Once I get some extra cash wel throw her on the dyno and see what she puts down. my *** dyno and the tuner is saying close to 500..

hmm Havent touched the car, I just pour e85 and mount tires and drift the **** out of it. put it on the dyno for fun the other day and i fine tuned it a bit so midrange, more response and smoother curve. Best part is,Making 510whp @6600rpm at about 10-12 psi! Revlimit is at 8500, but my motor is outflowing the turbo. Anymore ponies my transmission guna blow. mathmatically we should be making 650-700whp at 20psi if we puta bigger cold side. If anyone wants to make some HP out of their 13bs give me a call, Ive got port timming all figured out

some video from the Asb, did some fine tuning on the dyno with the new gt45 turbo setup.
Problem now is the car wont go past 500whp because the clutch is slipping! Switched from a xtd stage 3, to a brand new centerforce race clutch and now it slips at 430whp all on low boost lol it will still put it down at the track though!
