I need to do the same. Is that a jaw puller for a pulley? What did you put on the end of it so you can push out the bushing?

For that bushing you might be able to do something like this...

I was going to try that but ended up having delrin bushings already installed in my subframe.

BTdubs- if you try that and it works (and doesn't put you in the hospital when the drill catches and pistol-whips you in the face) please report back.

Hey premiumrice, what unicorn dust did you use to get your subframe assembly back up with the PBM solids? I took the stock thing out by myself no problem, but trying to re-install is proving to be a more difficult.

it is really difficult. we had a hard time with everything being solid and had to raise it and lower it a bunch to get it to sit right. you'll probably have to bang on it pretty good to get it all the way in. just use 2 jacks and try to get the sub frame and the diff to go up as straight as possible at the same time. good luck man

I used one jack but used a plank to bridge between the diff and the front of the sub frame, to lift it evenly, the second time was much easier with my lift and tranny jack

Your welcome for the thread jack Russ
