nice work man! Dont let the **** talkers bring you down. Drifting with a v8 is fun as ****! I've drifted boosted s13's, na s13's, turbo FD's and v8 s13's, as much as I like the sound and feel of a boosted japanese motor there is just a completely rad feeling when you are rippin around in a little car that's swinging a big dick haha Glad to see you got it all buttoned up and onto the track. Now make that thing pretty and you're good to go!

Sorry its been so long since ive posted on here guys.. But thanks for the support, and hate!! The car is as fun as i imagined and turns heads even in its crappy visual state! It is now caged for
pro-am (has been for a while lol) and i have upgraded to electric power steering using an MR2 p/s pump. Works amazing!!

I chose not to run the 2012 pro-am drift season because i hadn't gotten enough seat time to feel comp ready buut im gunning for 2013, and will probably run some super-am comps this season just for practice

Over this off season im doing a lot of suspension work (hopefully all PBM rear links and bushings etc.) and tubed front with better cooling system (ive had tons of issues with cooling). Im even thinking about converting to E85 to further help with keeping the car cooler (not to mention more HP)

I recently got into a fight with the wall at Infineon Raceway( now Race Sonoma) and the wall kind of won.. The minor body damage is more motivation to do bodywork and because it killed my fuel pump, im just upgrading the whole fuel system(fuel cell, pump, lines, inj.)

I will update later with more recent pics and video!

Hey I'm strongly concidering this swap for my FC aswell and wanted to get the granny speed kit too. How well did the kit work out for you? I hear mixed reviews on it and it's always nice hearing people's thoughts on it. Oh and I checked out your videos, love it! Congrats on the swap!

The kit worked pretty good. Only problem i found is my intake doesnt clear the hood. Had to cut the hood

Also with my t-5, the mount they give you had the deiveline angle all messed up so i just used spacers to get it right. No biggie

As far as fitment thats really it. Just make sure u have a nice sized pry bar and your good to go..

If your using for drifting, like i am, i suggest getting a better/bigger radiator than the one they provide in the full kit. I tend to have cooling issues on warmer days.

All that, i still recommend the kit. Its very easy to install

my fc 302 swap is carbed.. id love to change it to fuel injection but was really iffy on doing the wireing cause my rx7 already drives.
the whole try not to mess with a good thing..
build looks awesome.. screw the tools that hate on it.. i love rotarys just as a car that im going to beat the hell outa and possibly crash.. why not spend 200$ rather then 2000$
