Flickr photos not working?

Flickr photos not working?
Seems as of late Flickr photo's are not linking correctly. Normally the photo will show with a small link on the bottom that take you to the photo on Flickr itself, like so:

But now, photos show like this:

Nothing has changed with how the photos are posted but it something that has happened recently, whats going on?

I don't have an explanation but I've also noticed some "presentation characteristics" changing on the website. I'll have someone from the IB Tech staff drop in on this thread to comment.
