i can answer them a soon as possible, i am a former PayPal Employee and know the User Agreement like the back of my hand.

I am currently working for citibank, lol im actually in training.

I want keep this on topic.

I dont really want to see any bashing paypal, believe me i could do more than anyone on this message board (kinda y i quit) but i would rather help honest people do things right than go off on a tangent
