I'll be going the plastidip route as well.

However, I find it amusing that some of the people I've seen praise your plastidip ideas, have also blasted and talked trash about plastidip to other members.

The hypocrisy on this forum is hilarious.

Phil, just to clarify, you don't use any spacers with those, do you?

Both cars look stunning, as always...

I'm getting better.. Did 4 cars so far and all seems to be pretty good. Stripes? Hmm.. that might be tougher to get a clean line.. Some have a good luck with clean lines but me, Not so much. might be easier with 2 people vs. one..

Meh.. People need to understand what its for.. If those thinking its a permeant replacement of traditional paint, than this stuff isn't for you. But as stated, cheap alternative to protect and give your car a new look,... TEMPORARY Look. This is an amazingly cheap way to do so. I think many sees poorly done and also done as an alternative is what give this material a bad name. But as I stated, this vs. Vinyl that costs least 2 times as much and 2x more time to install, I would choose plasti dip.

Thank you! No spacers and I'm running very conservative camber.

^^Hey Phil, do they make it in a clear finish? Has anyone experimented with it as a clear bra for the nose?

Plasti Dip do make something called, "CLEAR". But its in fact bit matte finished srpay. It will protect your car, but will not give you that 'Clear Bra' look. But for $6-8 dollars a can, it might be a good alternative to blue tape during travel etc.

There are however more specific spray on bra that came out within past year. One is '3M paint defender'. Same concept as plasti dip but costs around $25-30 a can. I personally never used this stuff but I did hear, it performed OK.

Here is a video of 3M:

And Armor All's stuff..

Custom Shield | Armor All

Which to me seems VERY similar to just plasti dip.. Again, I haven't used this product but options available seems simliar at 2x the price.

Don't ever land on the moon. It's hard to do and if you don't do your maths properly you'll crash and die.

Thanks!
Regarding Dip, At this point I have enough experience and also many many have seen my work to say its not difficult nor hard unless you lack the effort to learn... Which, I've seen many in this world.
