Glad to see the car is coming along Prew. I know all to well what it's like mothballing your beloved FD for so long. I hope to finally have mine in shape for DGRR 11.

I can't see **** in that picture. But if you are talking about the front cover fitting, it's an M18X1.5 if I recall off of the top of my head.

It is just something I pieced together on my own as I wanted to make sure it fit correctly with my aftermarket bumper.
The glass man is correct, I used a -10an to 18mm x1.5 for the front cover and the oil pedestal. I am not sure what these cost regularly but I paid $11 shipped for them from this place:

I seen where some people use -8 an line and -10 an line. It is obvious that -10 line will be better but is -8an line good enough?
This is what I have designed so far. Tell me if it needs anything and what would you recommend. I also have an oil relocation adapter in there. Mine is pretty hard to get.

Your setup looks good to me. I am not sure you will need any line between the front cover and your external themostat, depends where you'd like to mount it. Also I found that 120 degree fittings were better than 90 off of the coolers based on where mine were mounted.
I'd make sure wherever you buy the fittings they will let you exchange them. I've ordered fittings from the place I mentioned above for my oil cooler setup and fuel line setup. Each time I ended up needing to exchange a few fittings to get it just right.

nice stuff! i comptemplated gloss black but went with satin/matte... then found that got far too dusty/dirty too quickly so this time around i've gone with wrinkle finish:

I had the intercooler and radiator anodized black. They didn't come out great, kind of looked purple. So I used some of eastwoods radiator paint on the parts that show.
The coolers are cheapo ones from cx racing.

Another question regarding your oil cooler lines. How did you hook up your lines to the oil pedestal? Are you using the banjo bolt or you put a fitting similar to the one on the front cover?
