I recently traded a Nikki 4bbl and 75.00 to Justinfox for a Racing Beat Road Race Header.
I paid him the 75.00 via paypal on the 28th And shipped the carb I believe on the following Friday or Saturday. My wife took it to the UPS store. The Item was delivered to his porch on August 2nd Tuesday. Since he received the money and told me he got the cash He only posted a message to me once. And the message also said He would ship that day but not making any promises. I fully understand that life happens and things don't always go the way they should. But at least make contact with someone you made a deal with. Now he has my carb and my 75.00

I'm not trying to be a dick but I'm a little frustrated that he has just stopped all communications. If he doesn't respond by the end of the weekend I will be talking to paypal to get a refund. Which sucks because I really needed that header and I guess I'm just out a carb. And 16 dollars shipping. I gave him my personal number and re-posted my address just in case he forgot. Like I said I'm very hesitant to post crap about people but absolutely no communication is pretty much and indicator that you are getting hosed.
I saw that Justinfox had a 3 good rating in the itrader stats. But mostly for just buying items. I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt and give him a chance to make it right.

On his post he had a couple people pm him about the header, this was after he accepted my $75.00

justinfox just messaged me apparently issues caused the delay. Shipped tomorrow hopefully. I understand issues happen and I'm glad he is ok. Just wished he would have communicated a little faster. Which he told me the same thing.

Ok here we go again. He told me he would ship Saturday. Said he had issues he had to deal with. Understandable. Again now not trying to be a dick But If I don't receive the header by Wednesday I will be forced to dispute the 75.00 that I sent him. I have been more than patient at this point. It has been a week and he has had plenty of time to respond and ship the header. I should have made this deal on his header forsale post but didn't think this would happen. So let it be known Wednesday is the final day if he wants to make it right he will next day that header to me. I'm going to be out a carb and shipping thats fine and dandy. Sometimes you have to pay people to go away. I guess a carb and 16.00 shipping is worth being pegged as a deadbeat seller.

Yet another day with no contact and no header. I'm beginning to think he has no intentions of shipping this header to me. If you read this Justinfox you have until Wednesday to get that header to me If its not at my house by then I will take appropriate actions to secure my money and get my **** back. You have had more than enough time to do the right thing. Just eat the cost and next day it to me and all is cool. I was cool with you and now I'm just tired of dicking around with you. Absolute worst buyer/seller on the fking internet. Don't trust this clown.

Understood, but my patients is getting a little thin.

I have tried and failed with all manners of contact. Email,Skype and PMs hell I even gave him my personal cell number. He never replied to anything but a PM. The carburetor I sent him was in need of a rebuild but was complete and unmolested. It was described as that in my for sale thread. He pm'd me asking about the carb saying that he was going to hog it out or something to that effect. I was looking through the stuff for sale and saw that he had a RB Road race header for sale. So I pm'd him back and told him I would send him the carb and $75.00 for the header. He agreed and the deal was made. I told him I didn't have the cash just then but would get it and ship the carb as soon as the money was available. Which was the next day. $75.00 sent via pay-pal and the carb was sent the day after. He received the carb the following Tuesday the 2nd of August.

Is this as of today? I really hope he did ship it Saturday and it comes tomorrow. But I think thats not going to be the case. Sadly hes been a member here since 2011 And that really sucks.

I Know I'm a noob to the forums but to take advantage of a new member really leaves a bad taste in ones mouth. I know not everyone is out to get you but you never really know who is. I felt bad when I was delayed a day shipping the carb to him.

Here is the information on the carb shipment to him. Sent on Friday the 29th Delivered Tuesday August 2nd. So if 5 days is the delivery time then if he shipped it Saturday then it should be here tomorrow.

I have finally received the header. Appparently the 5 day shipping is correct. I guess he was not intending on ripping me off. But he does need a little better communication. Had he gave me a tracking number or atleast told me Hey man I shipped it you should have it XX/XX/XX This whole thing could have been avoided.
