You told me you wanted it towed to that shop and it was towed there. I didn't call you to give the heads up because it was going to a shop, not your house. Not a big deal.

You started cursing at me and talking ****, so I stop, you refuse, then I tell you I wouldn't help you further ... Pretty straight forward. This all could have been avoided if you could control your temper.

Seriously, you're a grown man. Stop acting like a child.

He was upset that I had the car towed from my apartment to the shop that he wanted without me giving him a heads up that day (since I was tired of broken promises to pick it up), then having it towed to base when then shop was too full to accept it. The car was picked up from base last week and is in his possession.
So here's the thing....if you do not like the way he handles things as a buyer, where does that absolve you of your own obligation as a seller? You don't just dump a car off somewhere without giving some sort of a heads-up. For one thing, you inconvenienced a shop that had no part in this, and for no reason. A simple call to say "hey, I am having the car brought to that shop tomorrow unless I hear from you first" certainly wouldnt have killed you. Whether or not he does things right, you should still do things properly yourself, no? Give him the final ultimatum--"if I dont hear from you by Wednesday, I'm having the car moved to the shop." Payment or no payment, you are responsible to handle that end of the deal properly.

Also, let me say this too--if I see ANY sort of issue when it comes to the way you describe parts for sale on this forum, my response will be faster than a fat man eating cake. Make SURE you are listing these parts accurately, with proper photos, and TELL THE WHOLE STORY. Do not leave out things like "I have not personally tested this item"....how can you call something in "near new" condition when you dont even know that it actually functions? Do NOT let me see that again in your posts.

Jesse, you had a hand in this too. It is unacceptable to leave him hanging for two months with the car. COMMUNICATE. Then live up to what you said you would do. Problems come up sometimes, we all know that. But you could have, and should have, handled this better. And you know it.

Yes I was slow getting it moved, always did what I could to acknowledge that responsibility, in this thread and in person with him. That said, the timeline exaggeration, and the new and improved cool stories about landlord complaints pertaining to this "eye sore" are stepping on my last nerve. So I will make this one last post. Did have a period where the tail lights were removed before I replaced them with RE A's but really...? Never one word of these complaints until this thread?

First he says he did not call me because he was upset that the FD sat so long. Now, he says that he did not call because the FD was going to a shop, the same shop it was going to when he agreed to call. LOL?

Legitimate time line from the reference section:
*Post # 33 of the below thread he lists June 6th as the day he returns from the US, the plan was for me to get it while he was gone. I got delayed. He said he understood...
https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generati.../#post11740052
*03 July told him parking was good to go. He said he would schedule the tow on my dime to the shop, and call before it left his place, was all smiles that time and the other 3 times I was over to his house before then. 3 1/2 weeks does not equal 2 months in this universe.
*17 July FD shows up at random. 14 Days it was all him, must not have been in that big of a hurry. Sends the car somewhere I can't get to. Won't answer his phone. I then, use lots of naughty words. I stand by every one of them, have not yet begun...

Quite sure the multiple scoldings I gave him about how he posts stuff on here like a crook, and chewing him out for using my name in his threads had a lot more to do with the tantrum than the parking excuse.
