Beware 15U Scammer!

Got burnt by this guy. Sold me a pair of petit trailing arms that were unusable due to missing parts. Wasn't clear in his ad description about this at all.

Absolute liar and scammed me.

Wouldn't accept ANY responsibility to help me ACTUALLY USE the parts I've bought from him.

So now, I guess they will just go in the bin. I most certainly WONT sell them to someone else and scam them like he did to

Yes. Thread is locked so I can't reply.

Lodged a claim with Paypal but no avail.

He mentioned in his description that some mounting hardware was missing, but he FAILED to clarify that the OEM bolts we not able to be used. Without the smaller bolts and I assume shims, the trailing arms are useless and cannot be used. He would have known this when selling, but took my money and didn't accept any responsibility as a result.

I've left him Trader feedback to warn others.

He is deceptive and dishonest.

my side of the story is simple, I used the arms on my FD and took them off and this guys says they don't fit. knowing I don't make the arms and I even called pettit for this guy to ask about the hardware and the owner of pettit told me how hard is it to find some hardware for it. as I didn't make the part how am I suppose to know what hardware fits or doesn't fit the parts. the parts were sold as is and if he has issues with hardware this is something he should take up with pettit not me as we are just the end users of these parts and they worked fine for me, I didn't ship around the world so some guy can say these are not made for an FD Rx7 and he wants his money back. also as the transactions was though PayPal and closed by PayPal I shouldn't be blasted by this site. I don't what to tell you guy a lot of people run them and are happy with them so find some hardware that I stated DO NOT COME WITH THEM and run them like everyone else as did I.

once again this transaction was not though RX7.com and my personal name shouldn't be used.

I replied to the notification, you should know that this has been resolved by PayPal and they found me in favor of the dispute. The buyer wjp005 seems to think the Pettit Racing arms I sold him don't fit an FD rx7 for what ever reason, when I have ran them on my own FD and we all know that Pettit only makes trailing arms for the FD. With the decision from PayPal this dispute is over and resolved by them.

Thank you,
