I probably should have started this thread a long time ago, but better late than never. Beware any dealings with Munari, Just over one year ago he started a thread asking people what the going price for Infini seats were. In the thread he mentioned having bought an Mazdaspeed Infini seat on Yahoo Auctions Japan, and that it was currently in transit to North America. He also mentioned that he may need to sell it when it got here, so I commented on the thread showing interest, and PM'd him. After a few PM's back and forth we settled on a price. We agreed full payment would be made when the seat arrived, but in until then I would put down a $100 deposit. Long story short, after many weeks of being told the seat was coming, and that it would be here soon, the seat was never delivered. One day he just stopped answering my PM's. I have sent countless messages to him with no answer. At this point I was past my dispute time period with Paypal so there is no way to get the deposit back. Honestly I don't even care about the deposit, I just want an explanation as to why my PM's were never answered, even though he is still active on the forum to this day. All I want his for him to either deliver the seat (obviously not going to happen) or give me an explanation to this whole situation, and why he decided to start ignoring me.

I've still have not heard back from him. I was kinda hoping there would be some sort of forum discipline, but it looks like he is going to get away with stealing $100 of my money. Live and learn I guess, just be careful if you do deal with him.

Munari has earned 30 days off the Forum due to his "irresponsibility " in dealing with this matter.
He was given numerous warnings and had ample time to post any feedback on this transaction,But signed in,yet conveniently avoided the isuue.
Therefore he is gone ..30 days.
Once reinstated he has been given a deadline to resolve the issue or his "warning" becomes permanent.
We'll see how it goes.
