Recently moved out of Japan to Texas, and ordered some parts that were tough to come by. Purchased a few items from this website and in the shipping address, i clearly put my new address. Since i bought with paypal, i noted to ship to new address. I received an email that they didn't have the product in for about a week.

Kevin emailed me and said parts were coming and he would ship it, this guy completely ignores the message AND the website shipping i inputed during checkout and ships it to my Japan address. I contact him through email, and basically tells me im **** out of luck and he will dispute me on paypal if i try to get a refund.

First time doing business with this trash of customer service and will never do business again with them. Beware.

Not only is this guy still emailing me about how he hopes I total my Rx7 and saying i can't afford an RX7 because i'm poor. He's also searching for my posts and apparently PM'ing sellers of items I'm inquirying about and "warning them" of me.

He also stated he is in with the admins and can have any post about his website taken down.

First, thanks for your service.

Second, what you posted there is simply not true. I saw the paypal message that he received indicating that payment was made, and there was NOTHING in his message directing him to ship your parts to a new address.

What's worse, you knew this because he sent you the screen shot of the paypal message, specifically directing him to ship to the APO. But for some reason, you decided to blame him and post this thread anyways. Not a very good start for you.

In all the years I have been on this forum, I've never done business with these guys. I do not know him at all, so my post is not "the admins" sticking up for him. But what I can tell you is that so far, I have not seen any of what you claim happened. I asked him to send me the conversation between you two, and I do not see much at all of what you claim happened. I see where he told you that he would dispute any claim you made with paypal because you did not change your address in paypal, and so he cannot be held liable for you not changing it there. And he's right. You should have changed your address in paypal, at the very least that would cause confusion. I also see where you questioned why his website is set up the way it is, so that he did not receive any message about an address change. He sent me the messages that the website generated with your order, and there was nothing in them about an address change.

I also see where he informed me that he spent more money than the price of the parts you ordered to get the package intercepted so that it would get to you in TX. Not exactly the action of someone who supposedly told you that you are "**** out of luck"......incidentally, that comment did not appear in any of the emails he sent me.




This is where you and I disagree completely. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that his proper address is communicated clearly to the seller, not the other way around. You are blaming this guy for a technical issue that he had nothing to do with. Had you changed your address in paypal like you should have, none of this would have happened. As it stands now, you ordered $15 worth of parts, and for an order that size many shops would have simply told you to dispute with paypal and been done with you....but this guy went out of his way and spent $20 to get a $15 order intercepted and sent to you properly.

Then why is this bad feedback thread still here? Wouldnt he have just hit up one of his "connections" and had it deleted if that were the case? I dont play that way for anyone, especially not someone I do not even know aside from seeing them on this forum.

I'll be waiting for those emails to be forwarded. If he has made those kinds of statements, it will be dealt with.

NO MOD here will be influenced by anyone,they make their OWN Decision based on facts not hear say.
If it comes down to "do me a favor,seeing you are a MOD"..NO.
If it is Forum related,then it will be attended to at the Mod's discretion but they have rules that they have to abide by too,just like the Members do.


This Transaction stemmed from an Internet based transaction and the only result is that it can be talked about on this Forum.If you want to voice you oopinion of that Fine.
BUT if you think that anyone can jump in and influence the everyday operations of the Forum by persuading mods to "wipe this and that" for any gain at all..NO Again.
The Forum has no control outside the realm of this Site.It does not regulate any dealings for any RX7 Parts companies and I can't see it being done in the future..

If you had a bad transaction,Fine,then state your case and have you ducks in a row if are questioned about the dealing.
BUT If you are also stating that "the MODS are on the Take" and that they can be swayed to make **** disappear.then By GOD you better show your **** and post it quick.

Ducks are definitely in a row, and paypal also thinks this email 100% shows the vendor is refusing to do anything helpful to fix the situation. Thats why i got the refund. I just find it funny rx7roller02 said he CLEARLY discussed this with the website and called me out. If he feels the need to ban me, then by all ******* means, ban me. I would rather never use a website that has a moderator who abuses his power like this situation warrants.

The seller told me how he got your package intercepted so it could be sent to you at the correct address....and Paypal does not refund people when a package is on its way like that. Thread closed...this guy scammed paypal and the seller over $15. Incidentally, this kid sent me the following in a message that crosses the line for harassment:

I have the seller checking to see the status with paypal, since this moron lied about so much more, he could have lied about paypal refunding him. The seller already informed him about the package being intercepted so he had no business lying to paypal obviously. Either way, we will be addressing this fact with paypal. I guess he really needed that $15 after all....
