Well is been almost 3 months I haven't heard nothing from the Unfamous Robert Lives Jr owner of the garage with no name DBA "Rotary Shack".
While I was on my FD on Mason and Plummer waiting to get the green light I saw Green Honda Accord waiting also to turn left on Plummer next to my left someone in the passenger side rolled the windows down and I soon I turned to left and I saw Him,he realized who I was,Robert Lives Jr rolled up the windows,As soon I got the Green Light I made a quick Stop next to them showing no no sign and finger down
for the them.
Now I know he is on the street looking for work like those Ilegall Aliens looking for work at Home Depo and Lowes . "REMEMBER WHATEVER GOES AROUND COMES AROUND"

Interesting story. I sent Rotary Shack a good amount of money for parts and work that I needed done about 4 months ago and received my car back 2 weeks after I paid, with all the work requested done, everything as described and I have zero complaints. No issues since I've received my car back. Should I be worried?
He relies his business from people like you,Matt "Kerebrus" among others.
Do you think his shop can compare with any other descent shop around Los Angeles Area..? Like Tripoint,Lucky 7,J&G Automotive or JRX..?
As far I know I never seen any of its owners asking for business on the street
What I know he is banned to do any businees on this forum if you have further questions perhaps a moderator or the Administrator can have the right answer for you

I would strongly encourage you to drop this, and now. This is not a debate thread. Rotary Shack is banned from this forum and others because of the number of people that they have screwed over. If you really did have a good experience with them, count yourself lucky. If you're one of the talking heads that always seems to think they need to speak for Robert, we'll find out soon enough. It's already making me wonder because you share an IP address on this forum with one of the people that was banned for using his member name to continue selling for RS after they had been banned.....time will tell soon enough. In either case, this topic is not open for debate. Leave it at that.

Robs a good guy i trust him 100%. I had my fb worked on by him a few months back. He towed my car from sandiego to his shop for some carb work and timing. While he was waiting for me to come up with the money he detailed my car and even painted a few things.

Oh, I know, its a scam, and that means youre probably not some freaky internet predator.....but the problem is that the people who run 'predatorwatch' get the email addresses by posting craigslist sex ads.....and the people who respond to those sex ads get their email addresses plastered around the web as either a sex offender or an internet predator. So, while we know you likely are not a sex offender, you really should stop answering craigslist sex ads. Just a thought....

2--the scammer takes your email address and photo, puts them on "predatorwatch", and then sends you an email informing you that you have now been added to an online internet predator database.....and you have to pay $99 to be removed.
3--the fine print on the predatorwatch site states that they remove your info if you pay but they do not discard it, and reserve the right to put it back up whenever they want to. It is a total scam...but in order to have your name and email address on it, they had to find you while you were looking to hook up with someone. That is where they get their victims.
Dont believe me? do a google search on them....or better yet, have someone else read it to you since youre obviously struggling with the concept. Search the email address you used when you signed up on this forum in google....you'll see it. RS is a bad business I posted bad feedback before he was even banned on here. Everyone said he was a good guy and I was basically told off. Now look what happened he scammed even more people.

This is great, I've lived in the San Fernando Valley all my life and I am happy to see this guy called out since he lives in my neighborhood. I park my car on a main street and RS left a business card on my windshield. I was considering contacting Robert Lives for some parts since I have seen him on the 1st gen group on Facebook. Now that I have seen this thread and a few negative comments on Facebook, I think I'll pass.

I had a hard time with him getting some linkage for a person last year. I know a person who had a problem getting carbs from him and I think it is safe to say that he is hit or miss... Most in the field of mechanics are, but he seems a little extra flaky.
