Im sorry but its the sellers responsibility to price out shipping. If u weren't sure about shipping you shouldn't have gave me a price that included shipping with your paypal address. So plz don't bad mouth me or my place of work for your mistake.

Just for reference...here's a pic

Wow seems like the buyer is in the right on this one. Mzrx7man has proof of the thread so it is sellers responsibility.

Nice way to screw over someone that sold you a good set of irons at a cheap price and you even screwed me on shipping and you have the nerve to still have a claim on me ?

Next I start to get into your customers and let them know how you ripped me off and them also.

Howard you called m on the phone and told me it was 20 dollars per box. Three boxes that 60 shipping . It was 226 shipping , and you knew it wads going to be that much.

OK, look, I get it that you feel like you got jacked around. But I'm done with you talking to people like this. Check yourself before I lock this down and let you stay where this deal left you at. Youre not going to come in here and curse out everyone who doesnt agree with you--understand this.

PS--I will not tell you again to knock this nonsense off. Take the hint.

And nice try to make your sad ego feel good with the copy paste. How about being a man and cover at least half of the shipping ? You lied , and you have the nerve to hide behind a copy past of a deal I made based on you telling me 20 a box. Or how about telling the forum you told me to send it back since your boss had a cheaper way. Your a tool Howard. You even said you would cover half of shipping at delivery. I am going to call your Boss about that . If you lie to me , best bet you steal at work
If you cannot prove that he "steals at work" then you have no business posting that accusation in here. Perhaps you should spend more time actually posting what took place and less time being so abusive and insulting....just a thought

Why don't you give us the whole story, then? It seems like things are missing here. He may have told you what he thought the shipping would be, but when you found it is was ~4x more, you could have held off on shipping and contact the seller and let him know about it. At that point, he could pay the difference or you could have issued a refund.

Also, his rates may be different than your rates. Commercial accounts will pay less than you or me. Weight, distance, and other factors are in there too. It could be the he could ship them for $60, but that doesn't mean that you could do the same (if he has a business account). If he could have got the shipping for less, you could have just charged for the parts and he could have provided the shipping label.

Step back, read this, and provide clearly what happened and when, etc.:

What you have here doesn't follow these requirements and Jon may decide to eliminate this thread.

This is how mr Nuvolari has been treating me since i issued a claim. i only issued a claim because he kept telling me he was going to ship it and i never recieved a tracking number. after 3 weeks i finally asked for a tracking number or i would like a refund and the guy flipped out and said "no refunds or returns its not a ******* store"... anyways mr gsl-se addict you are correct about the shipping prices. we do get discounts at my work for shipping and mr Nuvolari kept asking me how much i thought shipping would be and i just gave him some estimates that ive paid for ones in the past but told him i wasnt certain. i have a detailed text log of several insults and name calling via text to where it came to a point where i said i was not going to talk to him anymore being treated that way and that if he wanted to talk to me like that it would be in front of other ppl to show how difficult he was to deal with. as far at the prices for shipping, i asked for a price shipped and made certain it was a price shipped because we quote customers certain prices and makes it very difficult when we have to call them and tell then the seller made a mistake and wants 200+ dollars more for shipping.

Somehow, I have a feeling that there is more to this than what you show with that one message.

Here's the thing--and this is for both of you. Start at the beginning. Dont come in here and tell fragments of the story. Tell us from the beginning what happened and be prepared to prove what you claim.

Like I said, from the beginning, guys. And until then, lets try to keep this thread clear of everyone else's opinions, please. For the time being, the only people who should be posting in this thread are the buyer, the seller, and moderators.

No takers? So you post a thread and cannot be bothered to come back and tell the whole story?

and no, mzrx7man, I wont be calling you to hear your side. This is the place for that discussion to take place. You have been called out in public as being less than honest. You need to address that claim here. I am not going to get in the middle of phone tag, he-said-she-said nonsense. Post what you have to say here, please, and that way both sides can be heard properly.

ok, here goes the whole story...

I was looking for a set of irons and e shaft for a customer at my work. Nuvolari had a nice set of irons and eshaft that I needed. we messaged back and forth, Nuvolari didn't know how much shipping would be so he asked me if I ever shipped irons and told him that only thing I shipped was a rotor housing and that ran me about 20 bucks through my work. he said he'd figure it out and let me know. about a week to a week and a half later he messaged me and told me he shipped them but we needed to discuss about shipping, that it ended up being about 220 dollars and I needed to be a "good business man" and cover it because "I lied" about shipping. what happened was Nuvolari was stuck on my 20 dollar comment on what I paid for my rotor housing and used that for an estimate. I was shocked, and told him that if it was that much money why didn't he not ship it and contact me and ask for more money. he told me he was on the road and had his girlfriend take them to the ups store, but his girl friend didn't know what Nuvolari estimated for shipping (what I later found out was 20 and iron (3) and 20 for eshaft which totaled out to 80) so not knowing she ended up shipping them anyways. after a few exchanged messages he suggested that a fair option would be to split the shipping costs. after thinking about it I finally agreed to pay for half of the shipping even though I don't feel it was my fault. so half of 220 would be 110 and 80 of that I paid for already when Nuvolari estimated 80 so that would leave 30 and I figured 30 bucks is nothing to keep the peace so we agreed.... another week and a half goes by and I see no parts or a tracking number. I message Nuvolari and no reply. after feeling like im getting no where I make a paypal case pretty much saying "haven't received my item" and I posted saying if I receive tracking number or my parts I will immediately remove the case. not 30 minutes later Nuvolari blows up my inbox name calling me every word in the book saying he sent the tracking number and that if I didn't remove the case he would put a hold on my parts being shipped. now this is what pissed me off, he tried to post on paypal trying to make me pay for all the 220 shipping completely ignoring what me and him talked about. after he did that I told him I wasn't going to pay him the other half to make the deal right because he was trying to snake me out of paying the entire 220. after this everything went south and before I knew it I seen this post on rx7club, and here we are....

ps: I later received my parts and I had my boss drop the paypal case

please feel free to ask any questions rx7roller02, I have nothing to hide
