Considering that this matter has been resolved to all parties' satisfaction, I believe it would be in everyone's best interest to have the thread moved into the Good Business section to reflect the resolution.

Styx, could you please do so?

Yes that would be great to move out of the bad business section.

Moving it to another section is, like deleting it from here.

In this case there was a dispute and it was "Resolved".
Many other cases do not get resolved and it is good to have a reference as to who takes care of business and who does not.
In this case it was done "correctly".
So,Thanks Guys.

i agree and even as my own issues i've had with customers i don't believe it is right to bury an issue with a different title. locked perhaps so it won't be bumped? seems more reasonable.

you don't deserve to have it be called a good business dealing when it took a year to provide a service that maybe should have taken a week to do.

the person who wrote this thread would also probably agree with that.

Guys, the thread is staying put just as all of them have over the years. Title was amended but the OP felt the need to post the thread in this section for a reason.

I think this is fair for all involved.

Agree with you too, on the title change.
I have never seen that before, maybe I missed it.
It seem like favoritism, unless they are consistent and change all titles to positive after the issue is resolved.

I've changed titles many times over the years when I deemed it correct to do so.

'Issue resolved' says to me---- there was an issue, which was resolved. Seems pretty accurate, no?
