Where to tap bung for Bosch O2 sensor?
Where's the optimal placement for the Bosch O2 sensor for the AEM UEGO?

Note that I have the stainless steel midpipe and downpipe + Greddy Titanium exhaust.
Thanks,
Victor

In order to keep the temps down on the sensor you need to place it several feet from the turbo. Most people put the bung in the end of the downpipe or the beginning of the midpipe.
It's also been suggested that you'll want to orient it more vertically than horizontally to keep condensation from collecting in the sensor and cracking the ceramic when the heater circuit turns on.

Anywhere on the downpipe, before the cat. Basically you want it to be convenient. I chose a spot about 10 inches from the end of the dp, facing the tranny, at a slight angle up so it doesn't interfere with the alumunim tranny pan. It's very easy to get to from below the car and it doesn't create any obstruction.
So where did you get AEM UEGO? I didn't think they were available yet.
