What's the best ECU for my planned mods?

I'm waiting for an engine with a mild streetport and 3mm seals to be installed on a car with a Fluidyne Rad, DP, RB dual-tip CB. I might add an intake also. Which ECU would you use?

Stock - Not safe IMHO, but I've read that some people have done it without problems.

M2 - The fine print says that it doesn't support ported engines. Still better than stock though.

Pettit Limited - OK with ported engines? I haven't heard anything to dispute this.

Pettit Unlimited - ?

Power FC - Does it come with a base map suitable for my mods?

Power FC w/Commander - Is it worth the money given that I don't know of any tuner of Steven Kan's ability in my area (Washington).

Which would you choose? I don't plan on any other mods unless my turbos goes (BNRs?) or I need a new cat (hi-flow).

If you have any other recommendations other than the choices I've listed, please let me know.

Oh, I forgot to mention that my car has to pass emissions with whatever ECU I go with.

Thanks.
