What type of cloth/pad should i use to wax my car?

Until now I have just been using whatever soft piece of clean cloth I could find around the house, but I want to make sure I don't add to the swirls I already have when waxing. I am planning on using clay bar next time but i need advice on what to actually apply the wax and buff with. Thanks!

I go and buy those foam circular pads to apply the wax. Then to remove I use an old worn bed sheet that was cut up. My friends dad is into body work/paint and he said that would be the best for wax removal.

MICROFIBER.......expensive as **** but oh wells.....

My GF bought some MF towels from The Body Shop and I stole that **** from her to use on the car......yea she's still pissed at me for that.

The MF towels are like 20-30 bucks but are bad ***.
