Lightbulb what heat range for spark plugs?

cant find something about spark plugs in the archive..so i was just wondering what is the nicest heat range for my 3rd gen.so i can buy spark plugs????

And you have owned your car how many minutes?

Stock engine = stock plugs as per manual.

Mild mods = 4 stock trailing plugs.

Really modded = B9EGV to B11EGV or race plugs.
