what has 12v in the engine bay ONLY when the key is in the ON position?

I dont really have my battery hooked up so I can't go around with a test light. anyone know off the top of their head? I'm trying to hook up my wideband and dont want the O2 to heat up if the key is in the ACC position.

Looks like coils, perhaps... Check the '94 wiring diagram in the FAQ's.

Looked again, black w/ light green stripe wire leading into the EGI Main relay. Someone correct if wrong...
