No "kit". Mine is a pretty simple system. Not counting LEDs it uses components from Devils Own and Cooling-mist.

AEM is the best bang for the buck IMO. Comes with map switch and everything.

30-3300 is the 1 gallon reservoir kit.

Ok, I'm looking at the AEM. Any opinions on the wannaspeed kit?

If you're wondering how to control it with your ecu, you probably could set an analog output to be activated by map.

There's a debate on erosion of the turbo impellers with pre-turbo. Personally I think that stemmed from guys essentially just squirting water into the turbo and it's not an issue with a good nozzle, but full disclosure...I've never looked into it seriously. As far as Wannaspeed itself, I've heard nothing but positive.
And you DO know there's an AI section...right?

I am running a Rice Racing pre turbo water injection kit. Peter designed his kit decades ago, and Wannaspeed kit is very similar to Rice's, but not quite.

I have been using pre turbo water injection for almost 5 or 6 years now, and have not noticed any blade erosion, however I have not disassembled the front cover, nor inspected the compressor with a magnifying glass!

Coolingmist trunk mount stage 1. Simple and effective. I used the initial version for about 5 years of hard use (track use where it runs A LOT), and the pump failed last year. I replaced it with the newer higher PSI pump and one of their new nozzles and have had good success so far.

I run, sell, and stock the AEM kits. I've used most of the stuff on the market and AEM has never given me an issue.

^That is a good read, thanks. Echos a lot of what's in the AI section stickys...except that I would not use the formulas in those links for our rotary engines for nozzle sizing etc. And I've never had an issue with the old-tech diaphragm pump on my car over the 6 or 8 years I've had it. But I probably don't work it as hard as they do.

That was a great write up. Thanks for sharing. I think i'm going to use Methylated spirits (denatured alcohol) with my water when the methanol runs out.
Was always tempted to do this but wasnt sure. Any body else use it? Its just easier to get hold of.

I second Coolingmist, trunk mount. It is a simple and super easy to mount system. I am running Pre-turbo, spraying outside of the IC and inside of IC. I only run Distilled water, no alcohol.

AEM re-engineered their AI product a few years ago and it is now a first rate/recommended unit.

i have also had excellent results from Coolingmist over the years and they have a wide product array and excellent website.

if you plan to run 100% meth i recommend Alkycontrol.
