Vacuum Tube Straight On The Rotor Housing On Filler Tube Connector!?!
OKAY! DOES ANYONE HAVE WHAT LOOKS LIEK A VACUUM PIPE COMING OFF THE FILLER NECK CONNECTOR ON THE ROTOR HOUSING?...Here is a picture, its a large file but you can see this one small pipe coming right out of the housing...kind of a blurry shot but that was the best I could do.

That's for the PCV system - the vent for the oil pan/crankcase.

if it is at the bottom of the flange by the housing it is the PCV from an older center housing 89-92 i believe. There is no problem in capping that one as long as you still have the PCV hooked up properly to the regular nipples on the black plastic filler neck

yeah the PCV is hooked up fine
so I'll just close it off then...
Older housing? Oh man okay I figured it was somehting liek that...I hope i didnt get screwed over with this rebuilt block...its a reman.

The iron housings are interchangeable betwen the years. Just cause it is that era doesn't mean that it has 13 years + use on it. It may be a new one for all we know. The remnas i just got(2) One had that nipple the other did not. No biigy at all.
