Ultimate Track Car Challenge
Hey all,
I've signed myself up to try and get invited to the Ultimate Track Car Challenge put on by Grass Roots Motorsports and CarDomain.com. Please check out my ride, give me some feedback, and hopefully vote me up to get them interested to invite me to come out and play.

Someone needs to put a respectable rotary in the Sport Compact Car challenge they have every year. I've seen two, and neither of them did better than half of the competition, and I don't think either of them even finished the challenge

The very first year of the USCC had a black FD with a rotory still in it and the motor blew up. The next year they had a open wheel open cockpit track car (cant remember the name) with a FD drive train and the motor blew. After that they stop letting RX7's in untill my car competed 2 years ago.
They say they are going to drasticly change the compition to make it more real for next year. But who knows what that means. The challenges were set up for the kind of cars that they wanted to win. And the all wheel drive cars had a huge advantage as they do zero trake prep. The rx7 this year spun out shifting to fourth at well over 100 miles an hour. The very next week he pulled a low ten at sac race way. (a very crappy track)
dthree - I hope you get in, and I hope you do well. Best of luck to you.

Also, in 2004 my old roommate's car entered and finished the USCC. He didn't place high unfortunately due to a condensed timeline, but his FD is still running on the same engine to this day

Thanks to all for the well wishes and votes. Somehow I've dropped from 2nd to 6th place but at least I'm still on the front page.
