turbo timer

Ok, so my turbo timer started acting up yesterday. It started counting down while i was driving. the car was still running and stuff (had the key in obviously) but it is annoying because it would shut off my radio. It did this several times and only when im driving. I took a quick look and everything looks fine.

I dont know why this would happen all of a sudden though. All I did was install those grounding wires (yeay!) but that is under the hood. im gonna take a better look today but any ideas? (loose wire?)

yes im on stock twins....but the timer is not my problem. I drove home with the timer off and it is actually the engine that wants to die.....well it actually did twice on the way home.

It was when i tried to accelerate fast. i could only drive my car slowly. It was the same as when i got my car back after 2 1/2 months and it wouldnt start at first. Now im thinking the plugs are fouled because i didnt know that a fuse had busted when installing the grounding wires and i tried the start the car a couple of times.

So maybe its the plugs? Im not very mechanic friendly but could the plugs be a little fouled and still have the power to drive the car at low speeds? if i dont continue getting constant spark will that kill my engine even if its already on? thanks guys.

ok, so these are the symptoms I am having:
1. the car has died while driving
2. it idles ok and stays on
3. it drives ok when driving slow but acts up when i hit the gas
4. when i accelerate hard the interior lights will start flickering and the RPM's (i think the boost too...im not sure, i was trying to figure out what was happening) start jumping up and down and the car wants to die (somtimes it will die)
5. when accelerating the car fells like it wants to die but i give it a little gas and it keeps the engine running mostly (sometimes it dies)
6. i can turn on the car(one time it started on the third try) after i pull over (even tried starting the car while in neutral and it worked)
7. one time all the interior lights were just off and i couldnt start the car back up...... i got out of the car and as soon as i closed the door i heard a little beep as if the power just came back on (like i knocked something back in place)....and sure enough i get back in and it starts

what i was doing before this happened:
1. installing grounding wires
2. i accidentally busted my main fuse when i touched the grounding wire to something behind the alternator
3. just got the car back a little while ago after being repainted (car didnt want to start after 2 1/2 months so it was flooded....did not replace plugs yet, only cleaned) when i did get it back the car was struggling when i accelerated but after a little it was fine. the car did not want to start one time when i put gas. it was working fine for about a week and then this problem happens.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Exactly, with stock twins, theyre water cooled and there is NO need for a turbo timer at all.
