Ebay is not a good place to get top dollar. Your car may do well at the 10k price point. Lots of people looking to get a great deal, not many looking to get a good deal.
Without the intercooler on the car and the damage it will be hard to get over $10-12k for the car although it is worth more. Unfortunately that is just the market.

Problem with eBay is the flakers. With that price it should sell quickly but there is a very high chance that the buyer will not come through. Demand a high (say, $1000) non refundable deposit within 24 hours of auction close to discourage this.
