Thumbs down On Strike

After running through every test and check I could find on the secondary boost problem except checking all the electronics I decided to call a dealership. I called Northgate Mazda is St. Louis to check on getting the car in for service. When I asked to speak with someone in the service department I was tod by the receptionist that they were on strike. So now I'm going to flip a coin and see if the car is getting trailered to Pete Farrell or Pettit.

Strike

I'm not allowed to strike in my union. Sometimes I wish we could. It always takes over a year to get a contract negotiated and always goes to binding arbitration. Being off work can be a real strain. Hopefully the benefits will outweigh the losses.

AIM

Borch,
Thanks for the information on AIM. I called and made an appointment with them for the last week in August. I'll drive it over on wednesday night and see them on thursday morning. Hopefully they will be able to diagnose the problem. If they do and I like them I'll stick with them. It will take a couple of hours longer to get there than to St. Louis but I want to get this car working properly. I've ran my mustang up there to Kenny Brown and it isn't a bad trip at all.
