Steering wheel hub adapter?

So, I want to get this one based on the recommendations on here, but it's back ordered.

http://www.finishlineperformance.com...n&key=MIAI1028

Does anyone else know of a hub adapter that keeps the horn and signals working and keep the airbag light off?

Didn't get anyone on the phone the first time I called, sent an email and I haven't heard back yet. This isn't looking promising.

The parts guy says that "they're on their way". I asked if a week or so was a reasonable estimate and he seemed to think that it was.

They probably can't tell you, because they are ordering through a distributor. And if their distributor doesn't stock it...the retailer is forced to tell you it's delayed.

They can't charge you until the part is shipped. If it has shipped, have them tell you the method of shipping and determine what the reasonable shipping times are (UPS, USPS, etc.). The shipping companies all state how long a package will take. And obtain a tracking number.

Anything else, is bullshit in my opinion. If I owned a company, I would just provide a tracking number to the customer. It eliminates bullshit, hassles, and headaches.

Well, I haven't ordered anything yet, so I'm safe. Got a thread on a miata forum asking for an equivalent hub. We'll see if anything comes of it.

If you dont need a quick release, get the long version about $125 or so. Contact Ed at Evasive Motorsports and tell him that Jon w/ the red FD sent you and he'll take care of you guys. 909-468-5552 Let him know you want the Works Bell Hub.

I just used the Momo hub with my Momo steering wheel. I just hard wired in the horns and removed the airbag light from the gauge cluster.
